Start from 13 minute mark, Jeffro talked about his customer service experience with HostGator. He left HostGator eventually and is happy with Dreamhost now. I’m with Dreamhost for about 7 to 8 years, I think they’re doing well. Last couple of months I started to use MediaTemple, and quite impressed by their online support team. I’ll recommend MediaTemple to anyone with more budget on hosting.
